We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use Underline Quest for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes on a compatible mobile device.

By using the Game, you agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Use the Game for any illegal purposes or in a way that violates utility safety regulations.
• Attempt to bypass any security features or analytics tracking (Firebase) built into the Game.

All content within the Game-including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, gameplay mechanics, and the “Underline Quest” name-is the sole property of Virginia811. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.

Underline Quest is provided “as is” and “as available.” While the Game is designed to promote utility safety awareness, Virginia811 makes no warranties that the information provided within the Game is exhaustive for real-world excavation or safety scenarios.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virginia811 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or reliance on educational content within the app.

The Game utilizes Google Firebase for analytics. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Store Terms of Service or Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, depending on your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
