Exactix Has Launched!
Virginia 811’s new platform, Exactix, officially launched Friday, June 27, 2025.
Exactix replaces our previous system for Web Ticket Entry (WTE), Member tools, mapping updates, locator workflows, and more.
This upgrade affects everyone who uses the Virginia 811 system, making it essential to stay informed.
ISSUE WITH TICKET VIEWING IN EXACTIX: (6-30-25)
As we transition to the new Exactix software, we are aware of an issue affecting some users’ ability to view associated tickets. Our team is actively working to resolve this.
