2026 Excavator Survey & Town Hall

To Our Excavator Community,

As part of our strategic plan and continuous improvement efforts, Virginia 811 conducts an annual stakeholder “town hall process.” Each year, we select a different stakeholder group (excavators, locators, utility operators) to provide feedback on Virginia 811’s processes and technologies.

For 2026, we are surveying our Excavator community as part of the “town hall” process.
